I'm joined again by Jim Otremba, who is a licensed Christian therapist and coach. Today we'll talk about how Scripture based self love is a key antidote to anxiety. Jim will walk us through practical steps to reduce stress and live from the identity we have as children of God!

About Jim Otremba: Jim brings to the practice of counseling a background in ministry, including adult faith formation and working with youth. He is a Licensed Independent Clinical social worker who holds a Master of Divinity degree from St. John’s University and a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from St. Cloud State University.
