Do you have recipes for green vegetables as well as tomatoes that you can direct me to? If you have done some work in this area to help men reduce PSA please let me know how to find those videos. I do have a question if you can, I wondered if it's safe for me to take a half a teaspoon of cod liver oil and added to that two tablespoons of grounded flaxseed and one tablespoon of sesame seed is that okay to take all at once in a smoothie please thank you.
It all depends on your digestion. If your body can handle that much fat, then you should go for it. However, I would do flaxseeds and sesame seeds together, then do cod liver oil separately.
3. I know this is random, but what do you recommend for flatulence other than a tablespoon of fennel seeds?
