I'm going to show you something about decision, and I want you to watch this really carefully because this comes after years and years of work and years of study, and I'm going to tell you it works. Now, I want you to let those lines represent levels of vibration. Now, just, listen, watch and think. Watch and think. This could be one of the most important ideas you'll ever learn. It's certainly one of the most important I ever learned.

There are an infinite number of frequencies. Every frequency is hooked up to the one above and the one below. There is an infinite number. You know what that means? No beginning, no end. Infinite. Levels of vibration, they're more referred to as frequencies. Now, we know that these little dillies that we wander around with operate on frequencies. I have a specific frequency. It's mine. It's nobody else's. All the people in the world, all the cellphones, I have one, it's just mine. You have one, it's just yours. If I have yours in here, I can send you a message, won't matter where you are. You'll get it simultaneous with me sending it because we're on the same frequency.

This is a very important point. All science, all theology, all theology, all science, every area tell us nothing is created or destroyed. That only postulates the theory of life. There's no such thing as death. You don't have a soul; you are a soul. You moved into the money; you're going to move out of it. But all and always there ever was, the way to make this or the necessary ingredients to make this have always been here. Always been here. This isn't something that a couple of smart kids that whatever discovered, this has always been here. The way to fly an airplane has always been here. Yes, the Wright brothers got on that frequency. They didn't get on that frequency by accident. They got on that frequency by design.

Now, look it, you think on frequencies and I'll tell you something else; thought is one of the most potent form of energies there is. Thought waves are cosmic waves that penetrate all time and space. Think about this. Thought energy would make the laser look puny, and you can think. So let these puffy little clouds represent your thoughts, and that's the frequency that you think on. Now, that'll work for every one of us, and so the results you're getting are nothing but the manifestation of the thinking that you've been involved in. Because that thinking alters your vibration. It alters how you act and it alters how you attract.

Why would we ever think anything we don't want to think? Why would we ever think, "Oh, I don't know if I can do that." What the hell do you mean, if I can do it? You can do anything. We got to get this straight. "I think I'll have difficulty." Quit thinking that. Stop it. What are you going to think, and think its polar opposite. Now look it, you're getting those results, however, what did we say yesterday? Your spiritual DNA is perfect. There's perfection within you. It's right in the core of you. It's the essence of who you are. That is spirit, pure unadulterated spirit. Spirits always for expansion and fuller expression. Spirit is always for expansion and fuller expression. There is no exception to that. It's always, so that's true within you. That essence, that perfection in you wants to be expressed with and through you. That's why you're continually wanting things. That's why dissatisfaction is such a creative vibration to get in.

Today's questions are all about healing foods in the Bible.

1. Is the biblical diet a good idea for those with digestive issues? - Mary

Now remember, the Bible diet is based on three principles. First one is to eat the foods that God called Good. Now when we go back into Genesis when he created and he said that is good, good in that language meant valuable and estimation, excellent of its kind. There is nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing a man can ever create in a lab or in the field that will ever compare or compete with what God has given us.

Principle number two, eat these foods as close to the way he designed them. So let's let man keep their lab experiments, you know, in the lab, and let's let God's foods be the primary food on our table.

Principle number three is don't let any food become an addiction. The foods that God created were based on Whole Foods, they're based on whole grains, nothing that's been tampered with or altered. When we eat whole foods, they're going to naturally give us pre and probiotics.

2. What are the best Bible foods for cardiac health? I have arrhythmia and would like to know how to power up the cardiovascular system? Lenore

So this is both spiritual as it is physical. And I've told you that in many other videos. Physically, eating foods that are high in vitamin C, such as vegetables and fruits are the first step in healing the heart. Next, we move into foods that are high in vitamin E, which includes freshly milled whole grains. Then we move into healthy fats which are omega three rich foods like salmon, eggs, avocados, flax seeds, very healthy fats, they're essential for a healthy heart.

3. How can the Bible help me to stop binge eating? Lauren

The Bible has God's truth in it and you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Then you are opening the greatest health book ever written, ever written. I personally believe every word in this book is true. 100% true. That means I don't need food for love. His Word says I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

4. What biblical foods can you give for beautiful skin? - Angelia

Water, healthy fats, water, high fiber, water, lots of fresh organic vegetables and fruits and water. That pretty well sums it up. Okay, so water, every cell in your body needs water. So you can imagine your skin can be a raisin or it can be a nice plump plum. Which do you want to look like? When my mom was dealing with cancer, I'm like mom, you've always wanted beautiful skin. So you need to drink water.

Covered Calls:
When you own 100 shares of any company you can sell covered calls on your position and collect a payment called a premium simply for selling that option. This premium is paid to you by the person on the other side of the trade who is buying that option. Now it’s called covered calls because your position is covered by the 100 shares that you own. You are putting up the shares as collateral for this trade in case the trade goes against you and you are forced to sell your shares- You must have a collateral of 100 shares for each 1 option contract that you sell. So let’s say you own 100 shares of a stock and decide you want to sell a covered call on the stock. Here’s what’s going to happen step by step. You pick a strike price and expiration date for the option that you want to sell. The strike price must be higher than the current price of the stock. This is called selling Out-Of-The-Money Calls.

Company X is trading at $50 right now. I decide I am going to sell covered calls on my position so the first thing I have to do is choose a strike price I don’t think the stock will reach by a certain date. Let’s say by next month I don’t think company X will reach $55 which would be a 10% increase for the stock. So I pick to sell an option with a strike price of $55 and an expiration date of 1 month out. Once I sell this option a few things will happen. First the brokerage will put aside the 100 shares that I own as collateral for the trade. These are still my shares but I just can’t do anything with them before I exit out of my options trade. Secondly, I will get paid a premium for selling this option paid to me by the option buyer. Now this premium is put into my account right away. In this case lets say the premium is $2. I will get paid $200 because remember 1 option contract controls 100 shares so we multiply the premium by 100 for each contract - so boom I get paid $200 into my trading account.

Now at this point 1 of 3 things can happen with the trade.
Scenario #1 - the stock price does not reach the strike price by expiration. (That’s good)
Scenario #2 - the stock price reaches and exceeds the strike price by expiration (That’s bad)
Scenario #3 - You decided to close your position before expiration by buying back the contract and closing the trade.

Can you lose money selling covered calls? if you own stock and already are in the profit on your stock position then you CANNOT lose money selling covered calls and waiting until expiration. The worst thing that will happen is you’ll lose your shares - not lose them but be forced to sell them at the strike price. You might feel like you lost money if your stock shoots up way past the strike price - and you are forced to sell at a lower price - but you only lost the chance to make that extra profit. Remember, you should always sell calls at strike prices above where you bought the stock because then you’ll always be in the profit and whether or not your shares get called away you’d still make money

Do you get to keep the premium if your shares get called away? Yes - the premium gets deposited into your trading account right away and is yours to keep because you did not have to buy the option back. The option will be exercised and you’ll lose your shares but get to keep the premium.

What happens with my collateral - so when you put up collateral you can’t do anything with the shares until the option position is closed. The shares will be released back to you the day after the option expires or right away if you close your position early. Once you have your collateral back you can go ahead and sell another call using the same collateral for the next week or the next month.

Will I have to pay taxes on the premium I collect? Yes, simple answer - just like any trade, if you make a profit you will be subject to the all mighty short term capital gains tax so you’ll definitely want to keep that in mind and plan for that.
